Psalm 130 - Out of the depths we receive God's promise

Sunday, March 4, 2018 - Psalm 130: Out of the Depths.  In the first of several lessons on the 'penitent' Psalms we recognize at Lent, the Psalmist gives us language to express our lamentations, and yet directs us to our hope in God's unyielding promise of grace and redemption.  This lesson comes on the first Sunday following the passing into glory of our brother, good friend and heart of the Virgil Anderson Sunday School Class, Wayne Anderson.
